Trials and renewal. Pro and Pro+ start with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period — $25/month or $250/year for Pro, $75/month or $750/year for Pro+ — and your payment method is charged until you cancel.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from account settings — it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. No phone call, no email required. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable; see the terms.
