Unrated. We grade insiders only on stock they chose to buy on the open market. Grants, option exercises and vesting say nothing about timing, so they don't count — which is why someone can file often and still have no grade. It isn't a bad sign: unrated buys beat every graded tier below A.
| Ticker | Shares | Value |

| RYZB | 864,509 | $54.0M |
Shares reported on the most recent Form 4, priced at the 2023-09-21 close.
No open-market purchases or sales on record.
A Form 4 also reports activity that isn't a decision to buy or sell — exercising options, receiving shares as compensation, or having shares withheld to cover tax. We hide those by default because they say nothing about what an insider thinks the stock is worth.
On file for this insider: 1 C filing.
